Jeremiah Tallerine’s love of food and cooking stems from his grandparents and growing up in a large family. Before entering the food industry, he worked in his family’s construction business and at Apple, Inc. In 2011, he co-founded Bravado Spice Co. after creating a hot sauce with a friend during a casual dinner. Recognizing a gap in the market for high-quality, culinary-driven hot sauces, they set out to craft products designed for both chefs and home cooks.

Based in Houston, TX, Bravado Spice Co. has since developed a diverse portfolio of hot sauces, dry seasonings, and margarita mixes. The brand has earned numerous industry awards, been featured on CNBC’s Billion Dollar Buyer, multiple seasons of the hit show Hot Ones, and was named to Inc.’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in America list in 2023.

Jeremiah enjoys sharing his journey in the CPG food industry and has spoken at the University of Houston and the University of South Carolina.
