Wine & Food Week takes place June 3-9, 2024 in The Woodlands.
Your ticket confirmation email will list the event location, date, and time.
Where is Wine & Food Week being held?
In the beautiful suburban area of Houston Texas - The Woodlands! The multiple events within the Wine & Food week will be at several different locations within The Woodlands area - those locations will be disclosed on each individual event description on the Wine & Food Week website.
When & where can I buy a ticket?
What's included with my ticket?
All Wine & Food Week events are all-inclusive, unless otherwise noted. Once inside, tastings are provided free of charge to all attendees for their ticketed area. All ticket-holders can freely roam the general admission grounds and taste away, however only VIP ticket-holders have access to VIP tents and tastings. The Ladies of the Vine event has a preset menu and all menu items are included.
Any art, merchandise, or retail items for sale are not included in the price of the ticket.
Do you accept credit cards or checks?
What is your lost / return / exchange policy?
Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you. Should you misplace the email, please contact us and we will re-send the email over to you.
There are no refunds for any reason. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. All tickets are only good for the event for which they were purchased and cannot be switched for another event.
What is the appropriate ID to get in?
You must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase tickets and attend the event. All patrons must have their ID’s checked in accordance with TABC regulations regardless of age. Please be prepared to show your ID to the ticket attendant.
The proper IDs to get into the event include:
- Driver License
- Passport
- US military Identification card with a photo and birth date.
*Note: the ID cannot be expired at the time of the event.
Will there be any water available?
Can we bring our children or our pets?
In accordance with TABC rules, no one under the age of 21 is allowed into any of the closed events. Under 21 includes infant, babies, small children, pre-teens and teenagers.
Adult attendee who brings a child with them to the event, will not be admitted to the event.
In accordance with Health Department rules, no animals (with the exception of service animals) will be allowed into the closed events. Animals are allowed in the H-E-B Wine Walk at Market Street area.
Can we bring our picnic lunch, chairs and blanket?
What should I wear?
There is no official dress code for Wine & Food Week as a whole. Please dress in accordance with the nature of the event.

- Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase: Cocktail attire
- Nach-Yo Ordinary Tequila Tasting: Festive resort wear
- Ladies of the Vine: Country Club chic
- Sip, Suds and Savor: Casual
- Wine Walk at Market Street: Casual
All other events are business casual.
What if it rains?
Will there be police presence on site?
What if I am too intoxicated to drive?
Are events wheelchair accessible?
Do you have all access passes available?
Rules for Entrance to Wine & Food Week Events
- Please be prepared to be carded at any age.
- Must be 21 years of age to purchase tickets, enter the event and sample alcohol.
- No firearms may be brought onto the event grounds.
- No bicycles allowed on event grounds.
- No pets allowed (only service animals).
- No distribution of literature allowed within public easements or on festival grounds.
Lost & Found
After the Festival, please email edl@foodandvinetime.com to file a claim for lost item(s) and we will do our best to match lost items back to their owner. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. Food & Vine Time Productions, Wine & Food Week, it’s officers and agents will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
