Charity
From the beginning, we at Wine & Food Week have felt that giving back to the community is as important a part of what we do as putting on great events. We’ve been raising funds for charities throughout the Houston area for over 20 years and it’s something we feel extremely passionate about.
Wine & Food Week charity partners receive 100% of the funds raised in their auction to continue the great work they provide to our community. We are pleased to support them.
From farmers to fry cooks, servers to sommeliers, Southern Smoke takes care of our own by putting dollars directly into the pockets of food and beverage workers when it’s needed most.
Whether there are mental health needs or unforeseen hardships, our funds and resources help those who put food on the table. No ask is too big or too small.

In 2004, inspired by a mother’s need to provide a safe, meaningful, fulfilling life for her disabled son, a group of community leaders from Montgomery County, Texas joined with her to establish Texas New Community Alliance (TNCA), a 501(c)3 charitable and educational organization. At the cornerstone of TNCA was the vision for a self-sustaining, master planned, integrated community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (“IDD”) could Live, Learn, Work, and Grow emotionally, socially, and spiritually with their non-disabled peers. That vision has become a reality with the development of New Danville.
You may have heard about us. We’re in your kids’ schools, we’re in the mall, we’re sprinkled across the Waterway, we’re even growing into the hearts of members of our community.
The Woodlands Arts Council, Inc. (TWAC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide regional cultural and educational enrichment. We do this by presenting The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival and hosting community events and programs that support the performing, visual and literary arts.

Established in 1985, Montgomery County Food Bank is a nonprofit, hunger relief organization dedicated to uniting the community to fight hunger. Montgomery County Food Bank provides nutritious food to hungry children, seniors, and families through a network of 80+ partner agencies.
Montgomery County Food Bank receives, processes, packages and purposefully distributes donated and surplus food throughout the county. Food is donated by grocery store retailers, local neighbors hosting food drives, and wholesalers. We also receive and distribute government commodities through our partnership with Houston Food Bank.
