Trip Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR
   This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Food & Vine Time Productions, located in Houston, Texas.  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins on April 3, 2025, at 11 a.m. and ends on May 31, 2025, at 11 a.m. (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
   There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. 1. 1. Purchase Entry
         Participants who purchase any Wine & Food Week ticket during the Entry Period will automatically receive one (1) entry per purchase.  Each ticket purchase receives one entry.
      2. Free Alternative Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
         Fill out the form at www.wineandfoodweek.com/giveaway.  One entry email per person.

5. PRIZE DETAILS
   

   Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a trip for 3 nights to Aruba, including 3 nights at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino with daily breakfast and two tickets to the Wine on Down the Road culinary tour. Plus, a $500 airline voucher for Southwest Airlines.

   Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,200.00
   
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
   The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
   The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor at about 6 p.m. on May 31, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
   The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within (7) days to claim the prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
   
   The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.
   
   By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
   By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. TAX INFORMATION
    The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required, the Sponsor will issue a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize.

11. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
    All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any class action, and exclusively by the courts in Texas. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by Texas law.
