With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Belinda began her career as a server and worked her way through nearly every aspect of the business before opening Prohibition Texas.

Known for her passion for well-crafted cocktails and elevated hospitality, she has spent years developing innovative cocktail programs and creating menus for multiple restaurants and bars. Her approach combines classic technique with modern creativity, always focusing on balance, presentation, and the guest experience.
