Becky Cook

Volunteer Coordinator

With 41 years of experience in education—spanning roles as a teacher, assistant principal, and Instructional Technology Director—I have dedicated my career to empowering others and embracing innovation.

After retiring, I turned my energy toward family, community, and new adventures. Whether spending treasured time with my 101-year-old mother, cheering on my four wonderful grandchildren (three granddaughters and one grandson), attending the Astros games, or tackling the golf course, I thrive on staying active and connected.

A passionate volunteer, I proudly support the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) and serve as a member of LIPS (Ladies Into Purchasing Stock), an organization dedicated to buying student livestock and art projects to support Texas youth. My love for bringing people together also led me to volunteer with Food & Vine Time Productions events, celebrating great food, wine, and community spirit.

At my core, I am driven by a heart for service, a love for learning, and a desire to make a positive impact wherever I go!
