Working at bars such as Wooster’s Garden, Bayou Heights Bier Garten and guest bartending at local dives such as Sixes & Sevens and Social Beer Garden. Though his style is rooted in classic technique, Ulysses delivers thoughtful cocktail creations with unique flavors and unexpected combinations.
