In his culinary endeavors, crossing continents and hemispheres, built his foundational approach to the art of cooking. MarkAnthony has since taken that same passion and has refocused it on the world of wine.

His current accreditation in wine: CMS-Sommelier level 1, WSET II Wine, as well as a CSWS – Certified Sherry Wine Specialist.
