Samantha Bell is a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. She has been with Kirby's Steakhouse since 1999 and currently holds one of the Top Award Winning Wine lists in the Houston metroplex. She ensures that her staff is kept up-to-date with the current trend in wines by holding wine classes every Saturday that consists of tasting and literature.

She has an uncanny ability to pair the perfect glass of wine with whatever your palate desires for the evening. She has extensive experience in the fine dining industry from San Francisco to Washington, D.C., as well as Dallas and Houston.

Her primary goal is to ensure that everyone has a great dining experience along with great wine pairings.
