Cody Psenda is a graduate of St. Thomas High School in Houston, and Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. After graduating he embarked on his Culinary Career. Cody has worked in fine dining restaurants for over 20 years in areas such as Aspen, Vail, and Houston; and with the likes of some famous chefs such as Todd English and Nobu Matsuhisa.
He has also taught cooking classes at Central Market and catered in the Houston area. Currently, Cody is the Chef at The Crescent Moon Wine Bar in Spring,TX where he continues to create innovative and artistic dishes.
