Over thirty restaurants from outside of Houston will fly in to showcase their culinary talents along with the best of the best in the Houston Metro to compete for Wine & Food Week's Chef of Chefs Waterford Crystal Award. As the first destination culinary and wine event in the country to go "Green", Chefs will prepare their selections with sustainable, organic and local products that are sure to tantilize the taste buds of the participants.
