Bernhardt Winery Barrels, Bottles, & Brunch! An excursion for the senses! Motor Coach departing The City of Shenandoah to Bernhardt Winery in Plantersville for a day filled with tour, tasting, brunch, education and fun!

Owners and Winemakers, Jerry & Jerri Bernhardt will welcome participants to their facility and will tour through the vineyards, the barrels and will conduct a tasting along with a delightful lunch. You'll get the opportunity to bottle your own selection, label it and have the winemakers sign your personal selection.

Shenandoah         Shake Russell

You'll sit down in the cellar to the backdrop of music by Shake Russell and enjoy a multi-course lunch with wine pairings. What a great way to spend a Sunday in the summer. Don't miss out. Limited space.

Travel Itenerary:

10:00 am Depart from Shenandoah Municiple Building at 29955 I-45, Shenandoah, TX, 77381
         While on the motor coach enjoy appetizers from Italian Grille Ristorante & first selection of Bernhardt wines presented by Houston Community Newspapers Wine Writer Ron Saikowski.
11:00 am - Arrive at Bernhardt Winery
11:15 am to 12:15 pm - Wine tasting /winery tour
12:15 to 1:00 pm - Brunch while serinated by Shake Russel
1:00 to 2:30 pm - Divide into 3 groups and begin rotations:
         Group 1: Bottle, cork and label a personal bottle of Port
         Group 2: Tour and lecture in vineyard
         Group 3: Visit tasting room and listen to Shake Russell.
2:30 pm - Closing Remarks
2:45 pm - Depart winery
3:45 pm - Arrive back in The City of Shenandoah
