Chef Jef Forsberg is a graduate of the esteemed French Culinary Institute in New York City. He spent years refining his craft under the tutelage of acclaimed Chefs Didier Virot, Daniel Levy, Zak Pellacio, and Michael Romano at some of Manhattan's top restaurants. In August of 2007, Jef and his wife Michele's dream of owning a restaurant were realized. As Executive Chef, Jef's creations combine his classic French training with his eclectic background.
